Are you a highly organised PR and marketing professional who loves bringing campaigns, partnerships and media opportunities to life? As our PR, Partnerships & Promotions Executive, you'll play a key role in executing public relations, sponsorship, partnership and promotional activity that supports brand growth and commercial success. Working closely with the Media & PR Manager, you'll take ownership of projects from planning through to delivery, building strong relationships with media partners, stakeholders and suppliers along the way. What you'll do

  • Execute PR initiatives including media releases, media opportunities, award submissions, events, partner projects and internal communications
  • Manage assigned PR, partnership and promotional activities from planning through to execution, reporting and completion
  • Create compelling press releases, media pitches, LinkedIn content and promotional communications
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, publishing partners, agencies, suppliers and key stakeholders
  • Coordinate sponsorships, partnerships, competitions and promotional campaigns, ensuring deliverables, approvals and timelines are met
  • Manage corporate and CEO LinkedIn content, including planning, scheduling, reporting and optimisation
  • Track media coverage, campaign performance, audience reach and partnership outcomes, delivering insights and recommendations
  • Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and accessible work environment where all Flighties feel welcomed, respected, and supported to thrive

 

Who you are

  • 4+ years' experience implementing B2C marketing campaigns, public relations activity or related marketing initiatives
  • Proven experience managing projects from briefing through to delivery, balancing multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
  • Strong copywriting and communication skills, with experience creating press releases, media pitches and promotional content
  • Experience managing partnerships, sponsorships, media relationships or promotional campaigns
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, take initiative and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and a track record of delivering work on time and to a high standard
  • Experience analysing campaign performance and translating results into actionable insights and reporting
  • Travel industry experience and tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Advertising, Journalism or a related discipline will be highly regarded
