Provide timely, compliant, and client-centric comprehensive financial advice to Moneywise clients.

Build and manage a sustainable client base through referrals, client advocacy and support from FCTG and aligned super fund relationships.
- Develop tailored financial strategies that align with clients' goals, needs, and circumstances.

Continuously develop technical financial planning, investment, and insurance knowledge to deliver quality client outcomes.

Build and maintain effective relationships with clients, the Financial Advice team, broader Moneywise teams, and key FCTG stakeholders.
- Manage priorities effectively while maintaining high standards of accuracy, service, and compliance.
- Work independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team culture.
- Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and accessible work environment where all Flighties feel welcomed, respected, and supported to thrive.

Financial Advice qualifications (including FASEA) reflected on the Financial Advice Register enabling AFSL authorised representative status.

Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Financial Adviser, with knowledge across a range of strategies including specialist knowledge in superannuation and personal insurances.

Experience managing a book of ongoing service clients, with demonstrated capacity to engage new clients.

High level competency of Xplan including Wealthsolver, Risk Researcher and XTools

Industry platform experience and site proficiency for retail and industry super funds plus major insurance providers.

A strong understanding of financial planning regulations and strong compliance history

An engaging customer service and team collaboration mindset

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial topics clearly across all levels

Initiative and high motivation enabling an independent and remote working environment.
