About the Opportunity

The role of the Product & Contracting Coordinator is to support the Contracting & Product Leader and Contracting Manager/Executive (where applicable) with administrative work on supplier management to ensure supplier information is up to date, accurate & adhering to business standards. You will work closely with internal teams to support contract management, product sourcing, supplier relationships & cost savings.

About you

The Essentials:

• A bachelor's degree or 1+ years' experience in travel or contracting.
• Good command of both written and spoken English.

• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to be flexible and implement change when needed.
• High attention to details.
• Able to work under pressure and multitask, ability to work outside office hours when required.

• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications and Discova’s systems would be an advantage.
