Reporting to the Head of Membership – Scott Dunn Private, and joining the Scott Dunn Private department, we are seeking a new Global Research, CRM & Marketing Coordinator, and would welcome you to apply as an internal candidate.
Role Purpose
Support the global team by creating a quality pipeline of UHNW prospects for the Relationship Managers and Business Development team to target for Scott Dunn Private Membership globally through research and partnerships. Ensure the SDP CRM is maintained to retain members by executing marketing activities and creating an automation of triggers to engage members at key milestones. Provide tracking and reporting of all initiatives.
Responsibilities
Research & Insights
- Conduct in-depth research on current and prospective and current SDP Members, including personal and professional profiles
- Undertake industry and market research to support membership growth and identify qualified leads
- Deliver data-led insights to support acquisition and retention strategies
- Stay informed on relevant trends, articles, and research to inform membership activities
- Lead and report on research projects to evaluate new opportunities
- Create monthly prospecting lists and other reporting materials for Membership Managers.
CRM & Data Management
- Maintain and update CRM records in line with GDPR regulations, supporting accurate reporting across global teams
- Provide and complete reports as requested
- Work closely with data reporting on new development requirements
- Provide CRM support to Membership Managers in the UK, US, Singapore, and Hong Kong
- Generate outreach tools and member engagement insights using CRM data (e.g., milestones, news)
- Automate and report on guest profiling accuracy metrics
- Report and coordinate rewards on Member Referrals
Team Support
- Support business-critical membership activity, including bespoke ticket/invitation creation using templates
- Manage incoming web submissions and direct leads to appropriate team members
- Represent the SDP team in internal meetings when needed
- Demonstrate initiative and lateral thinking to deliver actionable outcomes

Marketing Responsibilities
- Plan timelines and work with all BU marketing teams for SDP globally on a quarterly basis, including: Emails for members & prospects, segmented by BU
- Paid digital
- Editorial advertising
- Liaise with global marketing team to ensure the SDP value proposition is delivered
- Support marketing activations and logistics for SDP events in the UK
- Manage global stock and distribution of marketing collateral
- Identify SDP marketing opportunities
- Operationally support SDP PR strategy
- Take responsibility for briefing content of marketing emails, including gathering information from Marketing/Product/SDP team
- Present tactical marketing plans to SDP Leaders for sign off
- Coordinate website updates with webdev team
- Provide content for SDP LinkedIn posts in a timely manner
- Create and manage a social media plan for SDP and the team members
- Coordinate member, team, event photos
- Coordinate member testimonials
- Track marketing metrics for SDP, including web submissions, web traffic, email clickers etc., and report back to SDP and Marketing team
- Support marketing initiatives, e.g. Address Intelligence
