As a member of the Product-to-Market Team, you will deliver compelling, conversion-focused campaigns and tactical activity by aligning product selection and pricing with market needs and global strategy. Leveraging your expertise in product design, execution, and cross-functional collaboration, you’ll help ensure our travel offerings are competitive, customer-focused, and positioned to drive sales and business growth.

The Role:

Campaign & Product Design:

  • Lead multi-region product-to-market campaigns, ensuring coordination and execution.
  • Own regional initiatives, managing briefs, timelines, and reporting.
  • Keep campaign calendars and workflows current.
  • Design compelling travel packages across categories (Holidays, Cruise, Tour, Air).
  • Ensure competitive pricing for bundled deals.
  • Use data to update and optimise packages for performance and relevance.

Content Management & Stock-take:

  • Manage all CMS content across products, following brand guidelines.
  • Share and adapt content across regions.
  • Ensure website product range is broad and market-relevant.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Build strong relationships with suppliers to secure attractive deals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align strategy and execution.
  • Work with Revenue Management to balance margins and discounts.

Commercial Performance & Optimisation:

  • Understand pricing structures and supplier rates for accurate, profitable offers.
  • Prioritise high margin products for better ROI.
  • Monitor market and competitor trends to stay competitive.
  • Analyse sales data to drive strategy and growth.

Operational support:

  • Respond promptly to consultant and marketing queries.
  • Follow global processes and standards.
  • Collaborate effectively while working remotely.

Role Requirements:

  • 2+ Years experience in a similar or related role.
  • Expertise in designing and developing a diverse product range, ensuring offerings align with market demand and customer needs.
  • Proficient in planning and executing marketing campaigns to promote destinations and all product types.
  • Proven experience in working and developing relationships with key stakeholders (internal and external). In addition, soliciting and negotiating competitive offers that meet the product strategy.
  • Strong financial acumen with a deep understanding of profit margins, risk assessments, cost structures, and optimisation strategies to ensure profitability.
  • Demonstrated ability to understand and navigate complex business environments, making strategic decisions that drive the local product strategy.
  • Proven track record of identifying market opportunities and implementing strategies that enhance profitability and competitive advantage.
  • Experience in analysing reports and market trends and using this to make data driven decisions.
  • Demonstrated creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop innovative products.
