In this role you will be a key player in driving impactful B2B marketing programs that boost revenue and pipeline growth globally. In this role you will expertly blend global strategy with regional initiatives, partnering with Brand Marketing leaders to develop and execute demand generation plans across different regions and brands. Our successful candidate will ensure strategic consistency while embracing localisation, working closely with regional teams, brand stakeholders, and sales leaders to drive measurable business outcomes. Leading a team of specialists, you will oversee automation, paid media, SEO, CRO, and digital channels, ensuring campaigns align with growth objectives. With a focus on digital performance and commercial impact, this role unifies digital strategy, channel expertise, and growth programs under a powerful demand engine.

 

 

Our Ideal Candidate: 

  • 10+ years of experience in demand generation OR digital marketing in B2B service or hybrid tech-service organisations
  • 5+ years in a marketing leader role, preferably working in a shared services and multi- brand company
  • Proficiency across paid digital channels, lead nurturing, automation platforms, and performance analytics tools
  • Proven ability to work across time zones, cultures, and stakeholders to achieve global consistency with regional effectiveness
  • Deep understanding of B2B buyer journeys, sales alignment, lead scoring, and lifecycle optimisation
  • Strong commercial mindset, with experience owning and reporting on marketing-attributed pipeline and ROI
  • Excellent communicator and collaborator across functions and seniority levels
  • Ensure operational excellence in campaign execution across digital channels, automation tools, and analytics platforms
  • Establish clear team goals, KPIs, and performance standards, fostering a high-performing and collaborative culture
  • Lead, coach, and develop (both direct and indirect reporting lines) a team of in region digital marketing specialists across automation, paid media, and digital execution, ensuring alignment to strategy and consistent delivery of high-quality work

 

 

Your Role & Responsibilities:

 

Growth & Demand Strategy

  • Develop scalable demand generation frameworks and campaign strategies for B2B brands
  • Align campaigns with business goals
  • Provide strategic direction for regional brand teams

Multi-Brand, Multi-Market Digital Strategy

  • Manage digital campaigns across various channels (search, social, etc.)
  • Support brand differentiation and maintain campaign consistency

Paid Performance & Digital Media Management

  • Oversee paid programs focusing on lead generation and ROI
  • Optimize performance via testing and best practices

Website Strategy & Conversion Optimisation

  • Enhance conversion journeys on branded sites
  • Lead CRO initiatives using analytics and personalisation

Marketing Automation & Lead Nurture

  • Develop scalable nurture and automation programs
  • Align programs with brand messaging and buyer stages

Stakeholder Alignment & Global Collaboration

  • Define lead stages and campaign processes with marketing and sales
  • Align activities with revenue objectives

Data, Measurement & Attribution

  • Manage digital pipeline reporting and dashboards
  • Lead regional digital marketing attribution and data governance

SEO & Organic Demand Strategy

  • Oversee local SEO strategy in collaboration with global SEO lead
  • Align organic acquisition programs with paid efforts
  • Measure organic social media engagement and brand credibility

Enablement & Best Practice Sharing

  • Facilitate knowledge sharing and performance benchmarks as a center of excellence
