Joining the Leisure Product Management & Engineering pillar, the Business Analyst will play a key role in identifying business needs, driving process efficiencies, and improving technology platforms and products.
In this role, you'll work closely with stakeholders across multiple business functions to translate requirements into practical solutions that create meaningful operational and commercial outcomes. You'll contribute to process improvement initiatives, support the delivery of high-quality technology solutions, and help shape business decisions through data-driven analysis and business case development.
Day to day:
- Gather, analyse and document business requirements, translating them into clear functional specifications, process flows and solution designs
- Partner with stakeholders across the business to identify opportunities, understand pain points and align project outcomes with strategic objectives
- Conduct business process reviews, gap analyses and data-driven assessments to recommend operational and technology improvements
- Develop business cases, cost-benefit analyses and ROI assessments to support investment decisions and continuous improvement initiatives
- Facilitate collaboration between business and technical teams, ensuring requirements are clearly understood, prioritised and delivered effectively
- Support solution delivery through User Acceptance Testing (UAT), requirements validation, reporting, documentation and change implementation activities
You'll be perfect for the role if you have:
- 2-4 years of professional experience in a business analyst role or similar
- Demonstrated experience working in a fast-moving and dynamic environment
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams
- Project management skills with a focus on process improvement
