ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

Stage & Screen, a specialist brand within Flight Centre Travel Group, is seeking a creative and commercially minded Global Marketing Manager to drive brand growth across five global markets. This is a high-impact role where you’ll shape global marketing strategy, build powerful brand assets, and deliver campaigns that resonate across the entertainment travel sector. Working in a dynamic global matrix, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to elevate brand consistency and performance worldwide. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and own the annual global marketing plan and budget aligned to brand strategy and business objectives
• Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring regional nuances are reflected in global plans
• Represent marketing within the global Stage & Screen Management Team
• Build and maintain a global marketing calendar for stakeholders
• Develop and manage a structured, accessible global brand asset library
• Brief and manage internal teams and external agencies to deliver assets on time and to brief
• Ensure brand compliance and consistency across all global markets
• Lead development of customer case studies, testimonials, and advocacy content
• Manage end-to-end case study creation from sourcing to publication
• Ensure customer evidence is leveraged across digital, events, PR, and sales channels
• Identify, develop, and manage strategic partnerships and events for brand growth and lead generation
• Own partnerships and events lifecycle including planning, activation, and performance tracking
• Develop integrated campaign toolkits for regional marketing teams
• Collaborate with global digital, content, and creative teams for successful delivery
• Act as the key contact for regional marketing teams across multiple markets
• Support localisation of global campaigns for regional audiences
• Manage selected marketing channels such as social media where required
• Track performance, compile reports, and analyse ROI across campaigns
• Monitor marketing budgets, expenditure, and invoicing processes
• Maintain accurate records of marketing activities and outputs
• Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and accessible work environment where all Flighties feel welcomed, respected, and supported to thrive.
 
 
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum 4+ years’ experience in marketing, ideally in B2B, travel, or entertainment sectors
• Proven experience in campaign management, brand development, or content marketing
• Experience developing marketing plans and brand assets from strategy through execution
• Proven track record in creating customer case studies and advocacy content
• Experience managing strategic partnerships and events
• Strong project management skills with ability to handle multiple timelines and stakeholders
• Experience working in a global, cross-functional environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with copywriting capability
• Experience with budget management and ROI reporting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Familiarity with CMS, social media platforms, and marketing automation/CRM tools (desirable)
• Adobe suite experience (advantageous)
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Arts, English, or related field
