What You’ll Do

As a Sales Development Representative, you’ll play a critical role in building our sales pipeline and driving business growth:

  • Engage with decision-makers at targeted accounts and book meetings for the sales team
  • Execute outbound prospecting strategies using high-velocity sales techniques
  • Manage and convert inbound marketing leads into qualified opportunities
  • Collaborate with SDR teams across the globe to maximize pipeline performance
  • Leverage tools like LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator, and Highspot for prospecting
  • Accurately track all activity using Salesforce CRM
  • Support industry events and marketing initiatives

 

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience in outbound sales or lead generation
  • Strong communication and phone skills
  • A results-driven mindset with the ability to overcome challenges
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • A passion for continuous learning and development
  • A collaborative, team-oriented attitude with strong relationship-building skills
  • Fluency in English and French (essential)
  • Experience in customer-facing roles (preferred)
  • Travel industry experience (a plus, but not required)
