About The Opportunity
At Corporate Traveller, social media is where our brand voice meets the real-world chaos and charm of business travel. As our Social Media Content Manager, you’ll bring our stories to life through creative, scroll-stopping content designed for busy executive assistants across Canada and the USA. This role is highly hands-on, blending strategy, storytelling, production, and community engagement to build trust in our technology and travel expertise. Key Responsibilities
• Research, plan, and execute organic social media strategies aligned to business objectives
• Partner with marketing leaders to develop social content calendars informed by trends and insights
• Capture, edit, and publish high-performing social content across major platforms
• Produce video, static, and low-to-high production content that drives impressions, engagement, and follower growth
• Establish and evolve visual language and branded storytelling across channels
• Collaborate with Brand, Content, Digital, Events, and Partnership teams to deliver campaigns on time and on budget
• Execute on-site social storytelling at events, trade shows, and partnership activations
• Stay current on social, cultural, advertising, and industry trends to inform content creation
• Collaborate with Paid Digital Media teams to align with regional paid social strategies
• Monitor and manage social communities, including platforms such as G2 and Reddit, responding to enquiries and feedback
• Track performance, report on results, and identify opportunities to optimize content and engagement

Experience & Qualifications
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Social Media Marketing
• Passion for social media, trends, memes, and storytelling
• Proven ability to produce content across video and static formats
• Proficiency with social editing tools such as Canva and native platform tools
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience using social media management platforms (e.g., Oktopost, Hootsuite, Sprout Social)
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional creative and marketing teams
• Ability to work autonomously with strong time management and attention to detail
• Some experience working with influencers is an asset
• Willingness to submit a 60-second video and portfolio of relevant work as part of the application

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of $74,000. Base salary is dependent on relevant factors, including experience, geographic location, and job requirements.
