As the Cruise & Inventory Operations Coordinator – Groups, you’ll play a key role in the organisation, management, and facilitation of group and charter inventory—the backbone of our Fly, Stay & Cruise holiday packages. You’ll keep our Traveltek inventory accurate, ensure promotions and pricing are competitive, and support smooth post-sale operations. Working cross-functionally with Product Managers, Sales, Suppliers/Cruise Lines, and After Sales, you’ll help deliver seamless cruise holidays to thousands of travellers.

 

A day in the life:

 

  • Coordinate and track group space, charter allocations, and cruise contracts
  • Load, maintain, and audit cruise inventory and pricing across systems
  • Package and promote group and charter inventory with Product Managers
  • Monitor sales performance and run competitor pricing analysis
  • Flag pricing, inventory, and promotional opportunities to improve conversion
  • Support promotional campaigns with accurate data and rate updates
  • Manage cabin naming, allotments, cancellations, and deadlines with cruise lines
  • Provide real‑time support to Sales and After Sales teams
  • Resolve inventory, booking, and post‑sale queries with internal teams and suppliers

 

Who you are:

  • Experience in retail or wholesale travel operations within the cruise industry
  • CRM, inventory, or reservations system experience (or similar booking platforms)
  • Strong proficiency with spreadsheets and business systems
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage large data volumes
  • Highly organised, proactive, and strong time‑management skills
  • Clear, confident written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable working independently and in cross‑functional teams 
  • Experience analysing weekly sales and inventory performance (desirable)
  • Exposure to pricing checks, competitor analysis, and promotional support (desirable)
  • Ability to turn data insights into practical actions (desirable)
