We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Architecture Practice Manager to lead our Enterprise Architecture capability within Enterprise Technology Services (ETS), our global technology team.
In this role, you will lead a team of Enterprise and Domain Architects, setting the strategic direction for architecture across the organisation. Ensuring alignment between business strategy and technology execution through the development of technology roadmaps, architecture blueprints, standards, and governance.
Working closely with senior business and technology stakeholders, you will act as a trusted advisor, bridging the gap between business needs and IT delivery. As the leader of the practice, you will be responsible for uplifting the maturity of the Enterprise Architecture function, including improving standards, frameworks, and ways of working.

Day in the life:
Enterprise Architecture
- Direct the development of enterprise-wide architecture and processes to embed the strategic application of change in the management of the organisation
- Direct the creation and review of an enterprise capability strategy to support the strategic requirements of the business
- Oversee the creation and implementation of roadmaps to guide longterm enterprise transformation and strategic alignment
- Identify the business benefits of alternative strategies
- Ensure compliance between business strategies, enterprise transformation activities and technology directions, setting strategies,
policies, standards and practices
- Work with business stakeholders to understand needs match resource demand
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and the project management to develop a portfolio of work
- Provide people leadership to a team of permanent enterprise and domain architects
- Coach our people to embed good architecture practice and uplift maturity
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to development and infrastructure teams
- Evaluate emerging technologies and provide recommendations aligned with strategic goals
- Ensure solutions comply with enterprise architecture principles, security standards, and IT governance
- Maintain architecture documentation and support architectural review processes
We’d love to hear from you if you have:
- 10+ years in IT architecture with proven experience in enterprise architecture leadership
- 5 years leading IT teams in a large corporate environment
- Strong knowledge of principles such as design thinking
- A wide understanding of IT technology & vendors combined with the ability to evangelise new developments to both technical and nontechnical audiences
- Experience in developing Enterprise Capability Models, Technology Strategies, Roadmaps
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- TOGAF certification required
