Your opportunity...

We are looking for a Compleat Support Specialist to join our global team, providing day-to-day support for the Compleat automation platform. This role is key in ensuring the stability and quality of our automation ecosystem by managing incoming support cases, coordinating with product and development teams, and performing UAT testing to validate fixes for bugs and support resolution cases.

Your mission...

  • Act as the first point of contact for Compleat support cases raised via Salesforce.
  • Triage, investigate, and document reported issues, ensuring clear and detailed communication with requestors.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers, and QA Engineers to validate and reproduce reported bugs.
  • Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for bug fixes and small enhancements before release.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of support cases, test results, and known issues.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of Compleat workflows, identifying recurring issues or process gaps.
  • Support end users and regional teams with troubleshooting guidance and communication.

Our ideal candidate...

  • Strong knowledge of Amadeus, including PNR creation, PNR history interpretation, queue logic, and end-to-end booking flows.
  • Solid understanding of travel agent processes and workflows, including booking, ticketing, fulfilment, and automation touchpoints.
  • Strong troubleshooting mindset with the ability to analyse issues logically, identify root causes, and reproduce complex scenarios.
  • Experience working with support case management tools (Salesforce, Jira, Azure DevOps or similar).
  • High attention to detail with excellent documentation habits.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with product, QA, and development teams.
  • Comfortable communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proactive, curious, and eager to continuously improve processes and customer experience.
  • Experience with Compleat, automation tools, or invoicing platforms is a plus.

The role is ideally based in Europe (Barcelona/London).
