Envoyage NZ is on the hunt for a dynamic Community Leader to champion our network of Travel Agents. This is your chance to shape a thriving community, drive engagement, and lead exciting initiatives that make a real impact.
About the role. Mō te Tūranga
- Lead Community Engagement: Design and deliver a calendar of national and regional events, and connection initiatives that energise and unite our broker network.
- Drive Network Growth: Identify and act on opportunities to increase retention, boost profitability, and maxmise member returns through strategic account management.
- Be the Voice of the Agents: Act as a trusted advocate and connector between agents, internal teams, and suppliers to ensure their needs are heard and met.
- Deliver Strategic Projects: Manage and implement key customer-focused projects, using data insights and stakeholder collaboration to drive results.
- Champion Innovation: Keep our community at the cutting edge by introducing new tools, services, and travel trends that enhance the agent experience
- Travel Industry Expertise: You must have strong, hands-on experience in the travel industry.
- Proven Sales Background: Previous experience as an Account Manager or Business Development Manager within a travel brand
- Event & Community Savvy: Experience planning and executing events, team meetings, or community initiatives will set you up for success.
- Relationship Builder: You’re a natural connector with advanced communication and stakeholder engagement skills across all levels.
- Commercial Acumen: You understand how to spot growth opportunities, analyse data, and turn insights into action that benefits both agents and the business.
