As the Customer Solutions Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting the sales and account management functions delivering, accurate, creative, innovative and compelling programs in response to existing and new customer proposal briefs.
What you will be doing:
- Building and nurturing strong relationships with clients and suppliers
- Ensuring successful delivery of RFP’s and quotations including research, accurate and compelling content
- Developing tailored proposals and detailed budgets that align with client needs, and project goals to support successful business outcomes
- Driving supplier engagement through strategic negotiation, fostering innovation, and building collaborative partnerships to enhance value and deliver competitive solutions
What you will bring to the role:
- Experience in events industry/group travel industry
- Events operations experience
- Sound knowledge of procurement, product and market trends and negotiating skills
- Technical proficiency with CRM and data analysis
- Experience in project management
