
The Product Owner plays a key role in driving our product’s success by defining the roadmap and strategies that bring our vision to life. Passionate and hands-on, you will work closely with engineers, designers, and developers to ensure every feature and initiative delivers real value. This role covers our Retail Systems (POS), customer portal, ecommerce platform, and mobile apps, helping us stay innovative and meet customer expectations. Skills Required:
- 2+ years experience with managing digital agile product development and delivery
- Technical acumen to think critically and converse with technical architects and developers
- Proven track record of managing and launching initiatives
- Ability to lead projects across multiple teams and stakeholders
- Experience with JIRA/Confluence
- Travel industry experience
- Understanding of or experience with Agile methodologies
- Exposure to GA, Splunk
Your Day to Day:
- Dive into exciting product discovery activities that drive successful delivery
- Play a vital role in shaping our product’s strategic vision and roadmap
- Take charge of managing the product backlog, prioritising tasks, grooming, and handling defect management
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to gather and document essential business and technical requirements
- Be at the heart of agile software development, contributing to estimations, planning, user story acceptance, and release activities
- Bring the customer’s voice to life for the development team
