Is it time for you to take the next step in your career? We are now looking for an experienced consultant or leader to take on the challenging and rewarding role of Team Leader for our Luxury team.

As a Team Leader overseeing your store you will be responsible to drive sales, motivate team members, grow key KPIs, along with a number of other responsibilities. It will also be your responsibility to work closely with the Area Leader to ensure that your store is contributing to meet area targets. Due to the high performing nature of this team, this role requires a minimum of three years experience as a Team Leader, and a minimum TAC of $250k to be considered.

What you’ll be doing as the Team Leader in our team of Luxury Experts…

• Maintaining all OBW Business and Operating systems
• Meeting shop Budget and P&L expectations
• Coaching and developing team members.
• Providing vision and motivation for the team
• Maintaining an overall positive office environment
