About the Opportunity

We’re looking for a Transformation Change Lead to join our Flight Centre Brand Change team on an 12-month fixed term contract.

The purpose of a Change Manager is to manage systems, processes, people, and culture change within Flight Centre Travel Group (FCTG), as well as support and drive change. This role plays a pivotal role in facilitating change plans and ensuring successful implementation of new processes, systems and technologies.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead communication, training, and engagement strategies to support seamless change adoption
  • Collaborate with fellow business Change Managers to enhance change management capabilities for the brand
  • Work closely with stakeholders across all levels to maximize the impact and benefits of transformation initiatives

What you will be doing:

  • Delivery of change management activities and deliverables aligned to the FCTG Change Framework
  • Work with key stakeholders to assess impacts, risks and business readiness
  • Developing change initiatives and associated communications
  • Developing change management documentation and deliverables, including developing communications (written and digital) and training content (artifacts and media)
  • Represent the findings of change impact analysis in planning discussions with stakeholders to shape program deliverables
  • Tracking the successful implementation of change management activities, providing stakeholder reporting, and identifying risks and issues and developing appropriate mitigations
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships to support the development and implementation of change activities
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, policies, procedures, and practices

 

What you will need:

  • Minimum 5 years working within a change, consulting, process improvement or project management experience within a large, multidisciplinary organisation
  • Tertiary qualifications in Change Management (Prosci, APMG, etc. certifications), related disciplines (Process Improvement, Human Resources, Communications, Business, etc.), or equivalent experience is required
