This role demands a strategic thinker with exceptional program management skills. • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure program success
  • Collaborate and partner with senior leadership, finance teams, and external partners to define and drive program scope, objectives, and deliverables
  • Develop and manage program strategies and plans, including program objectives, deliverables, timelines, budgets and resource requirements
  • Monitor progress and performance, proactively identifying and mitigating risks to ensure timely delivery
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure that programs are aligned with FCTG’s strategic goals
  • Ensure all programs comply with relevant regulations, policies, and standards
  • Drive governance frameworks to monitor and report on program performance and compliance

You will do well in this role if you have:

  • Demonstrated experience in leading and managing complex programs, with a track record of successful program delivery, ideally in finance and outsourcing
  • Strong program management skills, including the ability to develop and maintain complex and strategic program plans, manage resources, and mitigate risk
  • Proven ability to collaborate with diverse internal and external stakeholders to ensure program alignment and success
  • Proven ability to drive change and transformation and lead through ambiguity
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills, with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with strategic focus on achieving program goals and driving efficiency
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels
  • Ability to travel both domestically and internationally as required
