As the Salesforce Senior Business Analyst, you'll work within the Global Supply Technology team, you will play a key role in analysing and defining the requirements for Salesforce CRM solutions, ensuring that business needs are effectively translated into technical specifications.

If you are an expert in your domain who lives and breathes the Salesforce product and enjoys working closely with multiple business stakeholders, including Product Managers and Engineers to maximise the value and delivery of multiple initiatives to optimise Salesforce functionality, please apply!

 

Day to day:

  • Work in conjunction with Product Leaders, Product Managers, Business Analysts, Engineering Teams, and Architects, develop strategies to determine the priority of strategic initiatives, highlighting risk, assumptions, issues, and dependencies
  • Manage project progress, track key milestones, and identify and document potential risks or issues affecting project timelines where appropriate
  • Contribute to the development of product roadmaps and product plans across a multi-product suite and across multiple products
  • Plan and drive scoping, requirements definition and prioritisation activities for complex initiatives
  • Plan and conduct workshops to discuss, elicit, define, and document requirements with varying levels of stakeholders
  • Review existing business requirement documents to ensure requirements are adequately defined and are aligned to projects
  • Identify and document potential risks related to requirements and assist cross functional teams in developing mitigation strategies
  • Establish requirements baselines and ensure changes to requirements are investigated and managed
  • Evaluate existing processes, systems, and data flows to identify areas for improvement and innovation, providing recommendations and roadmaps for senior stakeholders
  • Recommend and implement process enhancements to optimise project delivery and increase efficiency
  • Contribute to the definition of OBW standards, and guidelines for business process improvement

 

You'll be perfect for the role if you have:

 

  • 5+ years in a Business Analyst role
  • Extensive Salesforce experience
  • Experience with Salesforce integrations and data migration
  • Knowledge of Salesforce AppExchange products and third-party integrations
  • Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies
  • Requirements gathering and documentation experience
