As the FCM business continues to grow, there is a need to establish Center of Excellence (CoE) in Greater China. This new team will be based in Guangzhou, aim to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency and optimize resource allocation. An exciting opportunity exists for a driven and energetic individual to join the team.

Key Responsibilities: 

Responsible and accountable for accounts payable & payment arrangement for the Mainland China, including but not limited to the following:

• Performing day-to-day financial transactions such as account payable functions, expense claim reimbursements, corporate credit card processing.
• Respond vendors all types queries and perform account reconciliation timely
• Liaising with colleagues across the business, to ensure accurate tracking and payment to vendors
• Handle AP functions with ensure the procedure of AP functions in compliance with internal control requirement
• Any other duties of a finance nature as and when required.

Key Responsibilities: 

• College or above, major in accounting related disciplines.
• A minimum 1 years experience AP position.
• Demonstrated analytical and numeric abilities.
• PC, spreadsheet, and finance systems experience, particularly Excel.
• Well organized with attention to detail.
• Fare standard of written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese.
• Confident, proactive, self motivated.
• Good team player with a positive attitude, can work under pressure.
