Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated RPA Developer to join our dynamic team in Noida. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of hands-on experience in Robotic Process Automation (RPA), specifically working with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) and UiPath. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing automation solutions that enhance business processes and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design and Development:

   • Create and implement RPA solutions using Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI) and UiPath.
   • Utilize UiPath Test Suite to ensure the reliability, scalability, and robustness of automation scripts.
   • Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for automation projects.

2. Process Analysis:

   • Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to identify automation opportunities.
   • Analyze business processes to design tailored automation solutions.
   • Participate in process assessments, recommending improvements for increased efficiency and effectiveness.

3. Implementation and Support:

   • Deploy RPA bots to production environments, ensuring they run optimally.
   • Monitor bot performance, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to RPA solutions.
   • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for deployed bots.

4. Collaboration and Communication:

   • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of RPA projects.
   • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide regular project updates.
   • Mentor and guide junior RPA developers, fostering a collaborative team environment.

5. Continuous Improvement:

   • Stay up-to-date with the latest RPA trends, tools, and best practices.
   • Seek opportunities to enhance and optimize existing automation solutions, contributing to continuous process improvement.

Qualifications:

1. Experience:

   • 3-5 years of experience in RPA development, with a strong focus on Power Platform and UiPath.
   • Hands-on experience designing, developing, and implementing RPA solutions.

2. Technical Skills:

   • Proficiency in Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and other UiPath components.
   • Strong understanding of RPA frameworks, automation concepts, and methodologies.
   • Experience with scripting languages such as VB.NET, C#, or Python is a plus.
   • Familiarity with the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.

3. Communication Skills:

   • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
   • Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative team approach.

4. Education:

   • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
