We are actively seeking an experienced IT project manager to join our global Project Management office. The ideal candidate will be someone with a mix of experience delivering projects in agile and traditional methodologies and comfortable working across a diverse range of technology projects including – security, networking, telephony, compute infrastructure or systems implementations.

A day in the life...

  • Providing leadership within the project teams to ensure delivery of customer requirements and expectations
  • Developing and managing project plans, schedules and budgets
  • Managing all aspects of project execution, conflicts and interdependencies in alignment with the approved project management plan
  • Providing timely and accurate project reporting and presentations to senior and executive management
  • Performing risk management to minimise project risks
  • Contributing to the ongoing refinement and development of project management frameworks

 

 

Who you are...

  • 5+ years’ experience in managing technology projects.
  • Experience working in global projects spanning multiple countries and time zones.
  • Relevant industry certification (Prince2, PMP, PMI-ACP).
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher from a reputable university.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills.
  • Demonstrable ability to deal with stakeholders and partners or vendors from other countries.
  • Experience using project scheduling/planning tools like MS Project/Planner/Wrike.
  • General industry knowledge (SDLC, ITIL).
  • Aptitude for solving problems and thinking outside the box.
