Role Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Admin Dynamics Executive to manage invoices and billing using D365. You will work with Amadeus Queues and Freshdesk, playing a key role in enhancing customer experience related to invoicing and refunds.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor GDS refund queues and manage invoicing tasks.
- Handle invoice adjustments and credit notes.
- Ensure timely delivery of invoices and respond to customer queries on Freshdesk.
- Perform BSP/ARC reconciliations and maintain turnaround times (TAT).
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience for Executive role; 3+ years for Sr. Executive role.
- Background as a Travel Consultant or Credit Controller.
- Strong knowledge of GDS refunds and billing processes.
- Proficient in MS Excel and fluent in English.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
