We are seeking a Technical Team Lead - Drupal to lead a talented team of engineers, working on high-impact projects that drive business value.

The Technical Team Lead will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality, secure, and scalable solutions while providing leadership and mentorship to a cross-functional software delivery team. You will collaborate with stakeholders, product managers, and engineers to build, test, and maintain solutions that align with business goals. The role involves hands-on technical work, along with managing team performance, career growth, and team culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a multi-functional team of developers, ensuring timely delivery of solutions.
• Mentor and support engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative culture.
• Drive the design, development, and deployment of Drupal-based applications, microservices, and APIs.
• Write high-quality, secure, maintainable, and testable code.
• Participate in code reviews to maintain quality standards and address technical debts.
• Implement logging and monitoring solutions to ensure system performance and health.
• Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into actionable technical solutions.
• Facilitate technical discussions, encourage innovation, and drive continuous improvement.
• Coach and develop your team to achieve personal and professional growth.
• Document processes and architectures to ensure knowledge sharing across teams.
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, and the overall performance of the team.

Essential Qualifications & Experience:

• 15+ years of experience in building and maintaining software applications.
• 7+ years of hands-on experience with Drupal.
• 3+ years in a team lead or management role.
• Strong proficiency with TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
• Experience with AWS cloud infrastructure and modern DevOps practices.
• Expertise in software testing (unit, integration, and end-to-end testing).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools like GitHub Actions.
• Proven ability to manage high-performing teams, foster growth, and ensure team alignment with business objectives.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience with AWS CloudFront, Lambda, and API Gateways.
• Knowledge of observability tools like Splunk and New Relic.
• Experience managing large-scale websites or e-commerce platforms.
• Familiarity with the travel industry is a plus.
