The Opportunity 
This role is pivotal in Scott Dunn’s transition from static contracts to live product availability, pricing and booking. The Product Connectivity Lead will be responsible for onboarding new properties through new and existing live connections accessed via iVector and supporting the sales team with issues and queries as required. 

The role will ensure property setups are correct, their pricing and rates are complete and accurate and that the properties offer all special offers through the connection. This role will be the super-user, relied upon by the Sales team to assist with questions and queries, and liaise with third parties regarding any technical or product-related issues.

The Product Connectivity Lead will also work closely with the internal and external technical teams to ensure the system is as clear and intuitive and easy to use as possible, using initiative to make enhancements and improvements to increase adoption and reduce opportunities for user error. 

Responsibilities 
The responsibilities for this role include (but are not limited to): 

  • Spearhead overall usage and performance of iVector to deliver an increase in productivity and conversion 
  • Liaise with third party companies to set up new connections and working with third parties managing any connection-related issues 
  • Liaise with properties to ensure correct products, rates, types, categories, pricing and offers are loaded 
  • Maintain an up-to-date database of properties and available connectivity. 
  • As the system Super-user, assist Sales Team with technical problem-solving with iVector. 
  • Recognise any issues and blockers with the system and work with the relevant internal and external technical teams on areas of iVector that need attention / development with suggestions, ideas and work arounds on own initiative. 
  • Be the Subject Matter Expert for loading and maintaining contracts in iVector if a connection is not possible and the property is a priority. 
  • Assisting testing for system integration and provide test-feedback on what is not working with in depth knowledge of system to explain to dev team. 
  • Assisting queries from iVector users including TCs, MEs & TEs 
  • Train people how to use the system and create training resources incorporating iVector into multiple roles 

About You

  • Experience in System Connectivity, channel partners and switches 
  • Working with highly technical 3rd party integration partners 
  • Professional communication skills 
  • Contract Loading experience 
  • Special Offer understanding and understanding of how to convert to structured data and loaded into systems 
  • Commercially focused and able to prioritise tasks based on the business needs   
  • Thorough understanding of Property product pricing structures 
  • Fastidious and rigorous testing approach and mindset 
  • Ability to step through issues and trace them to the root cause as far as possible. 
  • Ability to meet deadlines and adjust to changing priorities 
  • Excellent attention to detail 
  • Be friendly, supportive and helpful to all internal users 
  • Ability to assess and solve problems quickly and effectively 
  • Work as part of a team with the ability to maintain composure and sense of humour! 
  • Have an attitude of ‘nothing is too much trouble’ and able to show respect to others

Location
We aim to find someone who would be office based in our London, Hammersmith office.
