About The Opportunity
Are you a high-performing luxury travel seller ready to take the next step into leadership? As a Sales Team Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, delivering exceptional member experiences, and leading a talented regional sales team. This unique opportunity combines hands-on selling with people leadership, allowing you to coach, motivate, and develop high-performing sales and assistant teams while continuing to contribute directly to business success. Working closely with the Director of Membership Sales, you'll influence trading decisions, product strategy, and continuous improvement initiatives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional member sales journey from initial enquiry through travel and post-travel follow-up
- Lead by example through strong personal sales performance and outstanding service delivery
- Develop, motivate, and empower a high-performing sales and support team
- Provide coaching, mentoring, and constructive feedback through regular performance conversations and one-on-ones
- Foster a collaborative, accountable, and results-driven team culture
- Communicate clear expectations regarding sales performance, service standards, and operational delivery
- Coach team members to maintain healthy pipelines, improve conversion rates, and exceed revenue targets
- Promote a sales culture centered on optimism, resilience, and tenacity
- Monitor and manage team KPIs, including conversion, gross profit, pipeline health, and service metrics
- Identify performance barriers and implement solutions or escalate where appropriate
- Maintain exceptional standards of member experience, professionalism, and accuracy
- Manage member feedback and complaints, identifying trends and implementing improvements
- Oversee assistant team delivery of concierge support, booking administration, documentation, payment collection, and departure confirmations
- Ensure compliance with operational processes, systems, and best practices
- Manage team resourcing, including holiday planning, rota management, and capacity forecasting
- Ensure team members receive timely business updates, product knowledge, and operational information
- Collaborate with Destination Managers and Product teams to support preferred supplier strategies and margin optimization
- Support commercial initiatives that drive revenue growth, membership acquisition, and performance improvements
- Contribute to trading decisions, product development, and broader business strategy
- Maintain accurate reporting on sales performance, pipeline health, and member feedback
- Coordinate and manage FAM trips, ensuring all guidelines and follow-up requirements are completed
- Provide occasional out-of-hours emergency support for members, including weekends and international coverage gaps when required
- Undertake additional duties as reasonably required by management

Experience & Qualifications
- Proven track record of strong sales and service performance within luxury travel
- Experience selling tailor-made travel and/or destination-specific travel expertise preferred
- Demonstrated interest in leadership and people development
- Ability to coach, mentor, and positively influence team performance
- Previous people management experience preferred but not essential
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive action
- Commercial awareness and experience operating within margin guidelines
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and accountability skills
- Ability to motivate, engage, and inspire teams

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of $100,000.00 plus commission/incentive earnings based on achievable targets. The salary is dependent on relevant factors, including experience, geographic location, and job requirements. The annual salary range listed represents the total compensation package, excluding benefits.
