Join a team dedicated to delivering impactful accredited learning experiences that support capability development across Flight Centre Travel Group.
As an Accredited Trainer & Facilitator, you'll play a key role in driving participant engagement, qualification completion, and learning transfer through both virtual and face-to-face delivery. This role combines facilitation excellence, coaching, stakeholder engagement, and compliance to ensure outstanding learning outcomes. You'll work closely with leaders, subject matter experts, and participants to create meaningful development experiences that support business growth and performance.

This Perth-based parental leave contract runs until September 2027, providing the opportunity to contribute to a high-performing team while gaining valuable experience in a dynamic environment.
 

Day to day you will...

  • Facilitate accredited learning programs through workshops, classroom sessions, virtual delivery, and blended learning solutions.
  • Drive participant engagement, progression, and qualification completion outcomes.
  • Maintain compliance with Registered Training Organisation requirements and government standards.
  • Facilitate coaching, mentoring, and project-based learning activities that support workplace application of skills.
  • Host and moderate engaging virtual learning experiences using collaborative technology platforms and tools.
  • Support Leader-Led and SME-Led learning initiatives by providing facilitation expertise and capability development.
  • Build strong relationships with leaders, participants, SMEs, and stakeholders across the business.
  • Coordinate learning logistics, enrolments, program materials, participant data, and reporting requirements.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of FCTG systems, products, customer processes, commercial models, and learning industry trends.
  • Analyse participant feedback and evaluation data to support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve learning products, tools, processes, and stakeholder outcomes.
  • Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and accessible work environment where all Flighties feel welcomed, respected, and supported to thrive.

You'll be perfect for the role if you have:

  • Minimum 5 years’ leadership experience
  • Passion for learning and developing others
  • Facilitation and training experience is highly desirable
  • Demonstrated ability to confidently build multi-level relationships from novice to senior leaders
  • Strong track record in analysing problems, strategising and deploying improved/timely solutions 
  • Technical fluency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
  • Ability to travel depending on program needs
  • Be willing to work flexible hours from time-to-time in support of program delivery
