About the Opportunity

As our EMEA Commercial Executive, you will play a key role in driving revenue performance through data-driven pricing, inventory management, forecasting, and commercial analysis. Working closely with sales, marketing, and destination teams, you'll help optimize profitability across our products and distribution channels while contributing to strategic business decisions across the EMEA market.

Your main responsibility is:
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, customer behavior, and performance data to identify revenue growth opportunities.
- Develop pricing, inventory, and distribution strategies that maximize yield and profitability across multiple sales channels.
- Forecast demand, support capacity planning, and recommend adjustments to pricing and product strategies based on market conditions.
- Monitor key commercial KPIs and produce regular performance, budget, and forecasting reports with actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, country managers, and other stakeholders to align revenue strategies with broader business objectives.
- Support commercial decision-making through scenario modelling, data insights, and continuous improvement initiatives.
About You
The Essentials:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
- Proven experience in revenue management, yield management, commercial analysis, pricing, or a related commercial role.
- Strong analytical capability with experience using data analysis tools, AI-powered solutions, and reporting platforms.
- Ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into clear commercial recommendations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
