About the Opportunity
As a Regional Key Account Manager, you'll be the strategic heartbeat behind some of our most important client relationships across Asia and MNC accounts. You'll lead complex engagements, deliver innovative M&E solutions powered by integrated event technology, and partner with senior stakeholders to unlock growth and retention. This is a high-impact role for a relationship builder who thinks globally, acts regionally, and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves to get the deal done.
What You Will Do
- Lead end-to-end engagement for complex, high-profile regional accounts—from initial consultation through renewal and growth
- Build and nurture multi-level relationships (MLRs) with C-Suite executives and key decision makers who shape the future of their travel and M&E programs
- Develop tailored account strategies based on deep understanding of client business priorities, challenges, and goals
- Drive account growth by increasing programme attachment rates, minimising revenue leakage, and maximising client wallet share
- Collaborate with regional and global teams to align strategies and deliver seamless, world-class client experiences
- Work closely with partner markets to ensure consistent service delivery aligned with SLAs and client expectations
- Clearly articulate our value, differentiators, and technology solutions in a way that resonates with senior stakeholders
- Manage multinational contract renewals and negotiations, ensuring smooth handovers and continuity across teams
- Identify and unlock growth opportunities within your portfolio across multiple industry sectors
- Represent FCM Meetings & Events at major industry events, conferences, and tradeshows—putting our brand and expertise front and centre
- Maintain accurate CRM documentation and structured activity management that drives accountability and results
- Contribute to the broader enterprise growth strategy and client retention initiatives through effective account stewardship
Who We're Looking For
- 8+ years in B2B regional account management or client leadership, including at least 2 years managing multinational (MNC) customers
- A proven relationship builder who develops long-term, strategic partnerships at the senior and C-Suite level
- Commercially astute with strong experience in global business travel programmes and/or M&E service environments
- A confident negotiator who leads complex commercial engagements with clarity and conviction
- Strategic thinker with a consultative approach—you align solutions to business outcomes, not just needs
- Highly collaborative, with the ability to influence and partner across global, regional, and local teams
- Exceptional communicator and presenter who can engage executives and command a room
- Organised and detail-oriented, with a track record of managing complex portfolios and driving KPIs around retention, growth, and service excellence
- Self-motivated and accountable—you thrive as an individual contributor in a high-performance environment
