About The Opportunity

The Product Manager – Internal Analytics will drive the vision, strategy, and execution of analytics solutions that empower internal business functions—Finance, Operations, Marketing, Sales, and Product—to make informed, data-driven decisions. This role bridges business needs and technical delivery, ensuring our analytics ecosystem—anchored in Microsoft Power BI and Fabric—delivers measurable impact, efficiency, and innovation across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the requirements gathering, prioritization, and delivery of internal analytics solutions across global business units.
  • Partner with Finance, Operations, Marketing, Sales, and Product leaders to translate business challenges into actionable analytics products.
  • Manage the full product lifecycle—from ideation and design through delivery, adoption, and continuous enhancement.
  • Collaborate with data engineering and development teams to identify optimal analytic architectures and ensure solution scalability.
  • Work closely with the Global Support team to prioritize and resolve user issues efficiently.
  • Maintain and communicate the analytics roadmap, project status, and release updates to business and executive stakeholders.
  • Stay current with industry trends, including advancements in data analytics, AI integration, and business intelligence technologies.

Experience & Qualifications

  • Project Management: Skilled in planning, prioritizing, and delivering multiple analytics initiatives simultaneously.
  • AI Integration and Innovation: Ability to identify opportunities to incorporate AI and automation into analytics solutions.
  • Data Analytics: Strong grasp of analytical methods, data visualization best practices, and performance measurement.
  • Technical Expertise: Familiarity with Microsoft’s business intelligence stack, including Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, and related Azure data services.
  • Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to build relationships, gather requirements, and align expectations across departments.
  • Product Lifecycle Management: Experience managing products from concept to delivery and post-launch optimization.
  • Problem-Solving: Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to resolving challenges and improving processes.
  • Roadmap Communication: Clear and confident communicator able to articulate product vision, progress, and priorities.
  • Industry Knowledge: Understanding of analytics in a corporate environment, ideally within travel, technology, or services industries.
  • Leadership: Collaborative leader who fosters teamwork, encourages innovation, and supports professional development.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in product management, analytics, or BI delivery roles within complex or global organizations.
  • Demonstrated experience managing analytics projects and working closely with technical teams.
  • Strong communication, influencing, and organizational skills.
  • Passion for leveraging data and technology to drive business performance and decision-making.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of $100,000 - $105,000. Base salary is dependent on relevant factors, including experience, geographic location, and job requirements.
