We’re looking for an experienced BSP Finance Team Leader to take ownership of our Billing and Settlement Plan function and play a pivotal role in keeping our financial operations running seamlessly. About the Role:
As the BSP Team Leader, you will be the driving force behind the financial operations of our Billing and Settlement Plan (BSP) function, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across all processes in compliance with IATA standards. This role combines technical financial expertise with strong leadership skills, balancing meticulous attention to detail with the ability to develop and guide a high-performing team.
You will oversee the end-to-end BSP function as an experienced Finance Lead with a proven track record in the travel and tourism industry. Your responsibilities include managing the BSP team’s operations, maintaining audit readiness through precise reconciliations, and applying a deep understanding of accounting principles to assess the profit impact of all transactions processed through BSP.
 
 What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Financial Integrity: Ensure the integrity and security of the company's financial systems and procedures related to BSP operations.
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure efficiency and effectiveness of day-to-day functions within the Accounts/BSP Department
  • Strategic Positioning: Position the function to deliver measurable value to the organisation
  • Stakeholder Management: Communicate regularly with all stakeholders across Finance and Operations departments
  • Team Leadership: Lead, develop, and manage the BSP team to achieve departmental objectives and maintain high performance standards
