About The Opportunity
As our Recruiter / HR Generalist, you will play a key role in attracting, hiring, and supporting top talent across our operations in Mexico. Your main focus will be recruitment and talent acquisition, but you’ll also contribute to broader HR initiatives, including engagement, performance, and compensation, during quieter hiring periods.
You’ll partner closely with local leaders and global teams, ensuring we bring the right people onboard while fostering a great workplace culture that reflects FCTG’s values.

Who You Are
- A relationship builder who loves connecting people with purpose.
- Experienced in recruitment and HR (3+ years), ideally in a fast-paced or multinational environment.
- Knowledgeable in compensation, performance, and HR operations.
- Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
- Confident working with data and familiar with ATS/HRIS platforms (Workday experience a plus).
- Organized, proactive, and adaptable - able to thrive under pressure and manage competing priorities.
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
- Proven track record managing multiple requisitions and stakeholders simultaneously while maintaining quality and efficiency.
- Strong knowledge of Mexican labor legislation and HR compliance.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to balance multiple priorities
- A collaborative, hands-on attitude and a genuine passion for people and results.
