Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including onboarding, confirmation, transfers, data changes, and offboarding, ensuring accuracy and compliance across all regions.
- Coordinate pre-joining activities, such as document collection, background verification, IT provisioning, and Day-1 readiness, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
- Facilitate virtual inductions and onboarding touchpoints to enhance employee engagement from Day 1.
- Oversee exit processes, including notice tracking, system deactivation, full and final settlement coordination, and exit documentation in compliance with regional regulations
- Maintain accurate organization structures, position management, and reporting hierarchies within Workday
- Support the monthly payroll cycle by consolidating and validating payroll inputs and responding to employee payroll and benefits-related queries
- Handle HR-related queries from global employees through ticketing systems, chat, and email, ensuring timely resolution aligned with service-level agreements (SLAs).
- Collaborate closely with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, and Compliance teams to ensure process alignment and consistency
- Ensure data accuracy and system integrity by updating employee records in Workday in real-time and maintaining audit trails
- Adhere to global policies and procedures while being sensitive to regional HR compliance requirements.
Education & Experience
- Minimum post graduate degree/ master’s in business administration in human resources, or a related field
- 4-6 years of experience in HR operations or related functions.
- Exposure to working in a shift-based model and multicultural team environments Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Workday is mandatory.
- Proficiency in MS office for HR analytics.
- Advanced Excel/PPT skills
- Strong analytical and data management skills.
