About the Role
We are hiring an Assistant Manager – International MICE Operations to join our growing Meetings & Events team in Noida. The ideal candidate will lead and manage end-to-end international MICE projects while maintaining high standards of client servicing, vendor management, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities

Manage planning, budgeting, and execution of international MICE events.

Build and maintain strong client relationships through consultative service.

Negotiate with global vendors and DMCs for cost-effective, high-quality delivery.

Oversee a small team of executives, providing leadership and mentorship.

Handle operational escalations and ensure smooth project execution.

Stay updated on MICE industry trends and apply innovative practices.
What We’re Looking For

8–12 years of experience in international MICE or corporate event management.

Deep knowledge of international travel logistics, group movements, and event coordination.

Strong vendor negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

Tech-savvy with MS Office proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business, or related field.
