The Payment Times Reporting (PTR) Analyst will analyse payment data and prepare reports as per legislative requirements on behalf of FCTG on their payment times to small business suppliers. This is a temporary role and will be on a casual basis for 2-4 months

Who you are:

• Prior experience in financial data review or similar preferred
• Intermediate proficiency in Excel
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent organisational and communication abilities

Your Responsibilities: 

• Review and verify accuracy of large financial datasets.
• Perform completeness checks by reconciling payments register to bank statement
• Assign spend categories to expenditures and ensure proper classification.
• Analyse payments reporting for inconsistencies and errors.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather necessary information and query potential errors.
• Organise data efficiently to meet submission deadlines.
