We’re on the hunt for an exceptional Corporate Debtors Controller to manage a large and complex corporate debtor’s book as part of our dynamic finance team. You will be responsible for the management of the Corporate Debtors book, reconciliations and queries in line with the departments’ policies, processes & controls in an efficient manner that manages the inherent debtors' risk.

What You'll Do:

• Oversee full debtors function including invoicing, reconciliations, client payments, and refunds

• Proactively manage open orders and credit limits, ensuring all accounts stay within terms

• Provide insightful reporting on ageing and outstanding balances

• Attend client meetings, manage stakeholder relationships, and contribute to onboarding new clients

• Assist with audits and continuous process improvement

Your Background:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Debtors Controller (corporate client focus preferred)

• Finance Diploma or relevant accounting qualification highly desirable

• Strong AR and AP process knowledge with attention to downstream impacts

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (intermediate to advanced) and comfortable with ERP systems (Protas a plus)

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a service-driven approach
