Our Team Members (consultants) are responsible for our engagement with our customers and the fulfilment of their travel programmes in an afterhours environment. Working directly with the Shift Managers this role is responsible for ensuring the necessary functions to fulfil our customers travel programme is exceeded. This role is an integral part and conduit between the customer and our business and is often the first line of communication and relationship with the customer and travellers.

The role is 16.25 hours, made up of 1x weekend shift 0830-2030 and 1x weekday evening 1700-2230. You will also cover all UK Bank Holidays when rostered. The holiday allowance is 12 days, made up of 6 weekends and 6 weekdays. High speed and reliable internet is essential as the role is 100% home-based.

  • Minimum of 2 years as a travel consultant
  • Experience in GDS – Amadeus
  • Extensive industry and travel knowledge
  • Extensive fares knowledge
