e-Learning Experience Specialist

About the Opportunity
The e-Learning Experience Specialist plays a vital role in improving the consistency and quality of our tour guide services across all destinations. By designing engaging, user-friendly online learning tools, this role ensures that every tour guide has access to the knowledge, skills, and resources necessary to provide exceptional customer experiences. Through creative course design and effective use of multimedia, this person will transform complex information into practical, easy-to-follow training tools. These tools empower guides to maintain high standards, confidently adapt to varying situations, and consistently deliver the memorable experiences Discova is known for.
As part of your role you will be responsible for researching, collecting, and verifying detailed information needed for creation of engaging and accurate online learning courses. You’ll work closely with subject matter experts in our destination teams, local guides, and other internal teams to curate data, statistics, and key insights tailored to the needs of learners.
About you
The Essentials:
- Degree in instructional design, multimedia development, or related fields.
- Experience in tourism and hospitality is an advantage.
- Proficiency in e-learning and tools.
- Advanced level of written and spoken English.

- Able to work independently or in a team environment.

- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
- Proficient with content development tools including Canva, Photoshop, Capcut, etc.
