As the LTC Sales & Operations Manager, you will hold the key to driving profitability, fostering growth, and ensuring the sustained loyalty of our esteemed Member and Affiliate network. With your exceptional expertise in both sales and account management, paired with a refined ability to elevate business operations and engage discerning customers, you will be at the forefront of our continued success.
Reporting directly to the General Manager and joining our esteemed LTC Leadership Team, this newly created position offers a rare and exceptional opportunity to contribute to a truly distinguished legacy. This role can be based in either our Brisbane or Sydney Office.
Our Ideal Candidate:

Over 10 years of experience in the Australian travel industry with a strong background in sales and account management

Your Role & Responsibilities:
- Act as a dynamic ambassador for LTC, attending industry events to uncover new partnerships and acquisition opportunities
- Drive business growth by expertly managing a sales pipeline, identifying referral opportunities, and converting them into results
- Master communicator and negotiator, skilled at positioning LTC’s offerings with compelling presentations
- Commercially savvy, using data analysis and financial insights to boost profitability and uncover improvement opportunities
- Champion of relationships, building trust with members, partners, and stakeholders while addressing concerns to strengthen the network
- Tech-fluent problem solver, confident in troubleshooting systems, leveraging CRM tools, and navigating financial and customer platforms
- Customer-first mindset, delivering standout experiences and deploying engagement strategies to ensure retention and satisfaction
