About the Opportunity
A Peopleworks Executive will play a critical role in our business and alongside the Peopleworks Leader to provide Business Partners and Employees with expert knowledge and advice. You are responsible for finding exceptional, like-minded people to join our diverse staff. You will seek out passionate individuals who excel professionally and enhance our business and company culture. You will play a critical role in the implementation of initiatives to achieve team goals and bring positive impact to our business.
You will be responsible for:
- Deliver excellent service to our business partners in a trusted environment offering expertise and advice that assists them in running their business.
- Manage end to end recruitment process.
- To liaise with other departments regarding matters arising like; Security, building services, parking, office supplies etc.
- Work cohesively with Peopleworks team to ensure that employee enquiries are channeled to the correct person or department.
- Support with internal and external events aligned with our values and building a culture of excellence.
- Ensure OBW recruitment and onboarding processes and that policies are followed and consistent within the business.
- Attend talent networking and recruitment events such as trade shows and universities job fairs in order to generate a pipeline of qualified leads using your expertise of our brands and business.
- Assist People and Culture Leader in developing and planning new programs/benefits or other projects that may impact staff cost.
- All other tasks as directed from Peopleworks Leader that are aligned to overall goals of Discova and Peopleworks Department.
About you
The Essentials:
- Bachelor’s degree/qualification in Business Administration/ Human Resource Management, or relevant experience.
- Minimum 3-5 years of progressive and proven track record in People & Culture Teams.
- Experienced or expert in end to end recruitment process.
- Exposure and understanding of Local Labor laws and how they are reflected in local customs and policies.
- Experienced working in a multinational setting, travel and/or hospitality industry is highly an advantage.
- Demonstrated partnership with management levels from diverse backgrounds in influencing and coaching.
- Fluent in written and spoken English and local language.
