As an integral part of the Luxury Travel Collection team, your role is to actively and creatively communicate the exclusive luxury membership offer of LTC, with a strong focus on the luxury product house and it’s ‘contents’ which are tailored for discerning travelers. You are also responsible for proactively communicating and marketing these products and the benefits to our member and industry partner networks. 

 

 

Your Responsibilities: 

  • Create a Communication and Marketing plan for LTC Product House  
  • Ensure LTC product content (Product marketplace) is always updated for members to access – including daily ProHub Hotline, daily Purple Guide Book updates, daily HOME updates and Workplace or internal platforms 
  • Maintain the LTC Marketing Platform (Distribion) by regularly updating and refreshing the supplier product offers for members to access
  • Maintain the LTC website to clearly display engaging product and update member news 
  • Develop the strategy & update LinkedIn content to showcase product offers, launches and initiatives designed to drive member sales 
  • Create engaging product content for Trade PR purposes, LinkedIn and LTC Website 
  • Coordinate the design and creation of engaging marketing and communication content by: 
    • Creating a monthly LTC network communication  
    • Creating a monthly LTC Industry Partner communication - opportunities, updates, trends we are seeing, intel 
  • Coordinate Supplier Training Communications  
  • Support the Marketing Director with all event marketing and communications requirements in the product space 
  • Support Suppliers and Partners by actively engaging to secure product offers for tactical activity 
  • Identify creative ways to surface luxury product among members and industry audiences to elevate LTC offer 

 

 

Who you are: 

  • At least 2 years of experience in a communications role  
  • Well-developed writing skills with a clear grasp of tone and style for luxury communications 
  • Excellent communicator with diverse audiences, including industry partners, team members, and leaders and strong writing skills 
  • A strong understanding of luxury travel products, and an awareness of the language used in travel  
  • Skilled in using HubSpot, Mailchimp, Distribion, or similar platforms 
  • An ability (or willingness to learn) to use marketing EDM platforms and website platforms for copy creation, and programs like CANVA and Adobe Acrobat 
  • Proficient in administrative tasks, including Microsoft Excel and MS Office applications such as PowerPoint, Forms etc 
  • A willingness to connect with suppliers and members in person and via teams, telephone etc.
