Key Responsibilities:

1. Level 2 Support
• Provide support to all Level 1 Support teams (FBI, FCIU Support, and
Corporate Systems Support).
• Raise, escalate, follow up and feedback on all issues raised to suppliers
relating to System or Content issues, covering (but not limited to) Thomalex and TP Connects.
• Hold strong relationships with your suppliers.
• Work closely with all Air and L1 Support teams in testing, training and rollout of any air systems and content to all brands.
• Assist in Hypercare with roll-outs.
 
2. Product Expertise
• In depth knowledge on Airfares and content (content analysis).
• In depth knowledge of Thomalex & TPConnects.
• Continuous self-development on preferred product and systems. Training will be provided where required.
• Adaptable and versatile thinker, problem solver / trouble shooting.
 
3. Systems, Processes and Duties
• Be an expert on all systems including but not limited to: Amadeus,
TPConnects, Thomalex, BSP, airline websites, Salesforce, Excel and E-mail.
• Run content analysis and E2E testing for new content.
• Create administrative tracking sheets clearly depicting all outstanding
issues and resolutions. A high level of detail is required.
• Document all processes.
• Continuous development on all platforms (self and through the business).
• Identify opportunities through an in-depth understanding of the business
and analysing the helpdesk reporting data.
 
Minimum Requirement:
Fares and Ticketing / Travel diploma
 
Experience:
