About The Opportunity

The Corporate Traveller Marketing Coordinator will support marketing strategies and tactics across Canada with a focus on Quebec. We are seeking a talented and driven Marketing Coordinator who is fluent in French to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B marketing and can effectively manage multiple projects. This role requires a proactive individual who can meet deadlines and multi-task while working well under pressure.

They will support the Marketing Specialist who owns the translation and maintenance of all marketing assets to French. The Marketing Coordinator will deliver translations of all marketing assets themselves and with the support of agency and in-house resources. They will identify growth opportunities within Quebec but also other key regions to drive, brand awareness, consideration and lead generation. Additionally, they will work with various stakeholders to deliver new collateral which drives growth and retention.

The Marketing Coordinator will support the Events Manager with the coordination and execution of marketing events, including overseeing logistics, managing registrations, coordinating with vendors, creating itineraries, ordering marketing collateral and more.

They will work closely with the Global SEO Manager to deliver website updates and optimizations. Additionally, they will capture content and support social media tactics.

The requires an individual who is fully fluent in French and English with excellent written and analytical skills. Being a strong team player is essential as they will be working closely with multiple stakeholders such as local and global marketing teams, sales teams and more.   

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver the translation and maintenance of all marketing assets (website copy, paid media assets, social posts, collateral, etc.) to French.
  • Create relevant and engaging new content and assets in French based on insights from various stakeholders in region.
  • Support Events manager with the execution of marketing events and webinars, including overseeing logistics, managing registrations, coordinating with vendors, creating itineraries, ordering marketing collateral and more.
  • Assist in capturing content for all social media channels.
  • Support the briefing, creation and deployment of marketing assets for sponsorships, referrals, events, campaigns and digital marketing channels.
  • Support local campaigns with execution of marketing assets for various channels in both English and French.
  • Work closely with SEO Manager on various tasks to regularly optimize our French website.
  • Collect, coordinate and deliver prospect and customer insights to various stakeholders to drive marketing results.
  • Manage and oversee different marketing initiatives, from conception to execution, including timeline and deadline management
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels and materials.
  • Work closely with cross-function teams, including global marketing, sales, operations and more.
  • Take on additional projects as directed by VP of Marketing.
  • Stay up to date with industry best practices and emerging marketing trends

Experience & Qualifications

  • Fluent in French
  • 3-5 years of related marketing experience 
  • Experience in corporate travel/travel industry desirable but not essential  
  • Strong communication and writing skills   
  • Proficiency in martech and sales technology tools such as: Outreach, Eloqua (or Hubspot/automation tool); Highspot (or similar) and Salesforce. 
  • Experience in working across large cross functional teams  
  • Strong understanding of marketing and sales strategies and a demonstrated ability to craft and implement and support campaigns with success. 
  • High level of adaptability and demonstrated ability to work in a dynamic and agile landscape

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of $60,000 - $65,000. Base salary is dependent on relevant factors, including experience, geographic location, and job requirements.
