As the FCM business continues to grow, there is a need to establish Center of Excellence (CoE) in Greater China. This new team will be based in Guangzhou, aim to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency and optimize resource allocation. An exciting opportunity exists for a driven and energetic individual to join the team.

Key Responsibilities:              

Responsible and accountable for accounts receivable & collection from clients, including but not limited to the following:

·       Performing day-to-day financial transactions relating to account receivable

·       Reconcile income and monitor AR (Account Receivable)

·       Responsible for intercom AR and AP (Account Payable) reconciliation and resolve the invoice dispute

·       Respond clients all types queries and perform account reconciliation timely

·       Liaise with colleagues across the business, to ensure accurate collection from clients

·       Handle AR functions with ensure the procedure in compliance with internal control requirement

·       Helpdesk support for internal enquiries & information

·       Any other duties of a finance nature as and when required. 

Key Requirements:

·     College or above, major in accounting related disciplines

·     At least two to three years of accounting experience

·     Demonstrated analytical and numeric abilities

·     PC, spreadsheet, and finance systems experience, particularly Excel

·     Well organized with good attention to detail

·     Good written and verbal communication skills in English

·     Confident, proactive and self motivated

·     Good team player with a positive outlook,

·     Can-do attitude including under potential pressure
