In this role within the Corporate Technology Customer Success team you will assist with the development, maintenance, and integration of externally developed Robotic Process & Workflow automations using UiPath, PowerPlatform, and other automation tools available to the FCTG Business. Your key responsibilities will include developing, monitoring and maintaining automation solutions, preparing externally developed solutions for production, and providing support to less experienced team members.
Who you are:
- Proficiency in UiPath development
- Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform
- Bachelor's degree/Diploma in IT or related field of study
- UiPath Certification or Training Course Completion
- At least three years of relevant experience in development or the travel industry
What you'll be doing:
- Design, develop and implement RPA processes to enhance efficiency, streamline operations, and reduce costs, where appropriate
- Employ best practice in process development and deployment (e.g. A/B testing, UAT protocols, redundancy and disaster recovery)
- Assist maintaining internal knowledge management systems (KMS), including Confluence with rules and operational procedures for programs implemented
- Manage the testing and integration of externally developed solutions to prepare them for production use
- Effectively communicate with local and remote SME’s to support automation projects
- Providing guidance and support to less experienced team members
