About The Opportunity
Due to rapid growth, we have an excellent opportunity for a Technical Implementation Manager - melon to join our team. This role will support both the US and Canada and spearhead the implementation of melon, our proprietary Online Booking platform for our Corporate Brand, Corporate Traveler.
Key Responsibilities
- Learning configuration and support for melon, setting up sites, building agency configurations, customer uploads, audits, resolving 3rd level support requests and quality control checks
- Work with our Implementation teams to deliver on customer expectations from kick off to launch
- Staying on top of new developments of our own technology and ever changing OBT functionality, updating the implementation process with the advances
- Analyze where there are opportunities for efficiencies to continuously improve the average time of site builds for our customers and design solutions to drive efficiencies and automate repeatable tasks
- Participate in additional projects such as K2 Automation, Existing Client migrations in addition to normal new build requests
- Provide consistent and stellar service to our internal clients reflected in Internal surveys
- Contribute and participate in team calls
Experience & Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year in a technical, implementation, or support role and management/leadership experience
- Basic understanding of Web Services, XML and our current OBTs, Concur or WhereTo -
- Apollo, Sabre or Amadeus GDS experience
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced customer-service focused environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong technical, communication, presentation and customer support skills
- Organized, resourceful and autonomous

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of $72,100. Base salary is dependent on relevant factors, including experience, geographic location, and job requirements.
