As National Sales Director (focusing on new business development) you will be responsible for identifying and developing partnership and potential acquisition opportunities that ultimately drive the growth of this fast-paced growth business.

About the role. Mō te Tūranga

  • Accountability for weekly and monthly KPI targets and other business plan objectives  
  • Manage and drive the New Zealand business growth strategy for Envoyage, focusing on new business development opportunities 
  • Be the face of Envoyage in New Zealand, via regular attendance at industry events & other networking opportunities to source leads, partnership and acquisition opportunities
  • Source opportunities for partnership and acquisitions
  • Work with GM to create a competitive market strategy for the growth of Envoyage

About you. mo koe

  • Proven experience in a Sales Leadership role
  • Consistent high sales conversion rates 
  • Experience with B2B and B2C sales processes
  • In depth knowledge of the travel industry is essential for this position
