Job Purpose :

  • Human Resources Business Partner role is responsible for working closely with Senior HRBP in the deployment of key HR initiatives across functional pillars.
  • Drive Business Results, with a focus on partnering business leaders deliver function-led priorities for People & Culture.
  • Guiding manager and staying current on industry best practices, embracing, and driving change, and providing innovative people solutions
  • Build our culture through talent development programs and high employee engagement by connecting directly with employees.

Day in the life:

  • Drive the implementation of HR programs and policies that align with business objectives.
  • Work closely with team leaders to address HR-related questions and provide guidance on best practices for employee management.
  • Develop and promote initiatives that enhance employee engagement and satisfaction, including surveys and feedback sessions.
  • Support talent development programs by driving training sessions, workshops, and employee development plans.
  • Drive onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition and integration into the team.
  • Take actions on key employee programs basis HR metrics such as turnover rates, GPTW scores, employee satisfaction, and training participation for management review.
  • Help communicate and reinforce HR policies and procedures to employees and managers, ensuring compliance and understanding.
  • Address employee concerns or conflicts, guiding them to appropriate resources or processes as needed.
  • Contribute to special HR projects or initiatives, providing support and input to enhance overall HR effectiveness.

You'll be perfect for the role if you have:

  • 4-5 years of HR Business partner experience post MBA.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills paired with excellent judgment, analytical and conceptual skills.
  • Drive for results with strong execution focus.
  • Good understanding of compliances.
  • Demonstrated ability to facilitate organizational change and to foster linkage between business objectives and human resources activities.
  • Demonstration of strong planning skills essential and good project management skills
  • Strong desire to improve our service, products, and processes, with ability to drive continuous improvement.
  • Strong analytical, quantitative, and critical thinking skills – ability to prepare and analyse reports, translate data into recommendations and take appropriate action to achieve desired business result
