Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • MICE Expertise: Leverage over 10 years of experience in managing Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions.
  • Communication Excellence: Exhibit strong communication skills for effective client and team interactions.
  • Team Leadership: Drive the Total Transaction Value (TTV) and Gross Operating Profit (GOP) targets for the event team.
  • Team Development: Build and manage a pan-India team, including Business Development Managers (BDM), Operations, and Contracting professionals.
  • Vendor Management: Cultivate and oversee relationships with vendors to ensure high-quality event execution.
  • Sales Growth: Enhance attachment rates and secure larger events, boosting sales across key regions (Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, and South India).
  • Performance Management: Ensure that Key Result Areas (KRA) and Key Performance Indicators (KPI) are met for the entire team.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in MICE events.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
